Level Up Athlete Development

Level Up Player Development helps parents, coaches, and facilities manage individualized athlete development plans, training, and progress.

Controlled beta access is for adult account holders: parents and guardians, authorized coaches, and facility administrators.

Signed-out local-only data and Demo Sandbox records stay separate from every signed-in coach account.

For a minor athlete, the parent or guardian controls the account email, password, and security messages and manages the athlete's information. Athletes do not independently register. Public signup remains unavailable.

Facility dashboard data loads from local athlete, team, plan, metric, report, and lead data in this browser.

About

About Eric and Level Up

About Eric

Player development, organized for coaches and families

Eric Worden is a hitting instructor and baseball coach focused on player development, individualized training plans, and helping athletes understand what they need to work on next. He played college baseball as an infielder and right-handed pitcher and has coached athletes across travel ball, player-development, and private-instruction settings.

Why I created this app

Keep the plan, progress, and next action in one place

I created Level Up to make player development easier to organize, explain, and track. Coaches often know what an athlete needs, but that information can get spread across notes, conversations, lessons, team practices, and reports. This app brings the plan, the next session, the athlete's progress, and the coach's next action into one place.

Purpose

A clearer path from evaluation to execution

Level Up helps coaches create individualized development plans, assign them to athletes, track progress, and keep the training process clear for players and families. The goal is to give every athlete a more organized path from evaluation to plan to execution.

Who it helps

Built for parents, coaches, and facilities managing athlete development

Coaches Organize athlete context, current plans, progress signals, and follow-up actions.
Parents Understand what the athlete is working on and what progress looks like.
Facilities Coordinate authorized staff, athlete plans, and development workflows.
